The vision for the Ocean Terrace Overlay District is to create a catalyst for the rebirth of Ocean Terrace and upper Collins Avenue and further the revitalization of one of South Florida’s greatest gems – North Beach. The supporters have a dream that Ocean Terrace and upper Collins Avenue will become a thriving, vibrant center for North Beach residents.
