The Feel Well seeks to empower by offering opportunities for community building and movement through yoga, art, music and play for all ages. Yoga classes include prenatal, slow flow, restorative, kids and family yoga, meditation and vision board, breath work and sound bath workshops. Art offerings include Messy Art classes and Kids Club drop-in from 3-6 daily, M-F. Kids Club offers a chance for a private yoga session while your child has the time of their life and you get the reset you need.
