Niets Property Management was started in 1954 when Attorney Harold B. Steinpurchased several four family apartment and townhouse buildings. He leasedthem to tenants under the business name Niets Rental Agency. Attorney Steinearned his JD degree from UW law school and received an honorable dischargefrom service as an officer at Fort Benjamin Harrison after the Koreanwar. Since 1992 the business expanded by adding apartment complexes,a commercial office building and a retail strip mall.
