The rich history of Mayslacks started in 1955. When the former pro-wrestler, Stan Myslajek (the original, Polish spelling of Mayslack) started making massive, garlic-enhanced, roast beef sandwiches. People would line up around the block, paper plates in hand, waiting to savor one of his towering sandwiches. The booming, broad-shouldered Stan, would demand that you use ""TWO HANDS!"" when he piled the beef on your plate. The juke box only played polka and Stan's wife used a cigar box as the till.
