Dr. Richard Luff grew up in southern Idaho. He earned a BA from Utah State before moving to Columbus, Ohio to attend dental school at The Ohio State University. He graduated from dental school at the top of his class and received numerous awards for his accomplishments in patient care and academics. Following dental school, Dr. Luff joined the United States Air Force as a captain in the dental corps. He attended the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Elmendorf AFB Hospital whe
