In 1987 Chad Ricksham was excelling in his shop ( construction ) classes at Fridley High School when he quickly realized this is what he loved to do—build things with creativity and detail. After graduating he immediately started a 4 year apprenticeship With the Carpenters Apprenticeship program with the Carpenters Union Local 851.
