A Proforma Invoice is a important document for buyer, usually before all details of the sale are known.
Here steps to Create Proforma Invoice:
Open QuickBooks software
Go to the Gear icon
Now, select custom form styles
If you want to create new, Click on New Styles
Select Invoice >> Choose the top-portion of your invoices
In under form >> Select form names
Then, Enter your Proforma Invoice
Click on Done
