Free beginner Zumba Fitness class will be offered in Spencer, MA. Class will be taught by Shelly Lanciani. This class is great for beginners, those just getting back into exercise or those who want to take it a bit slower. You must pre-register by using the link below in order to save your spot.

Please bring water and a clean pair of shoes to change into.
