“Dr. Mike” was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. He attended the University of Arizona and earned a B.S. degree in Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. “Dr. Mike” continued his education at the University of Southern California where he learned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. He was the recipient of the “Outstanding Dental Student in Implant Dentistry” award and graduated as one of the top students in his class.
