FDC Company History of Rescue Products was first established in 1998 after Earl Johnson (President/Owner) was approached by International Safety Instruments (ISI) to become their distributor for self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) for the State of Arizona. Earl started his relationship with ISI as a sales representative for a manufacturer’s firm from 1990 to 1997.
