Dr. Alvarez is dedicated in continuing education by having completed advance training in esthetics at the Rosenthal aesthetics Institute at NYU, a one year implant residence at the Implant Educators and UF, Certified Provider in Aligners Therapy as Invisalign and Clear Correct, Conscious for Oral Sedation with DOCS Education and some of the most prestigious institutes throughout the country.
