Colonial Driving School is a full-service driving school offering both in-car and classroom instruction. John Whitlow, a Colonial Heights police officer, started the company 30 years ago. In 2013, ownership changed to Margarita Noyes.
Margarita has a master's degree in teaching and has taught at both the high school and college levels. Her teaching passion permeates Colonial Driving School's culture, classes, and staff and makes it a one-of-a-kind driving school.
